"Cannot thank the team enough at Mike Bays office. Dealt with an auto accident and attempted to use the online platform and it was a nightmare. I made one call to the office and spoke with Kelly, who said standby, and someone will be calling you from the claims office. In two minutes, I got my phone call. While navigating other aspects, I ran into yet another issue (all dealing with outside of the local office), called Kelly and resolved while on the phone. I cannot express enough how having a local agent and a local staff has subdued a very stressful time. I only wish they were the ones who answer the 1800 numbers. "State Farm horrible. After my daughter's accident 2019 the underwriters blamed my daughter 100% for accident .the judge dismissed her ticket and declared she was not 100% guilty. In order for us to get a lawyer to sue for medical state Farm only had to drop one percent guilty .did they do that? Hell no!!!!.All the bills was on us. I am so glad to get rid of them. My new carrier is half what state Farm charged me same coverage. Anyone who thinks state Farm will take care of you are fools. Iris was wonderful"
